I recently received a sample of the GLAMGLOW YOUTHCLEANSE Daily Exfoliating Cleanser in my Sephora VIB bag, which I was very interested to try. I've tried the YOUTHMUD Tinglexfoliate treatment (spoiler: I loved it) so I had high expectations for what this cleanser would do for my skin.

Per the Sephora website, the cleanser claims to be "A daily cleanser that transforms from mud into a foaming lather to gently exfoliate, cleanse, and renew skin to create a more youthful-looking, glowing complexion."





The cleanser has a similar consistency and scent to the Tinglexfoliate treatment, while being more creamy with smaller exfoliating bits throughout. You apply the cleanser to a dry face, slowly add water to create a foam, and rinse. 

I must say, I was disappointed in my results. When I use the Tinglexfoliate treatment, my skin feels exfoliated, refreshed, and not at all dry. This cleanser left my skin feeling tight and dry, and while it claims to exfoliate, left my skin feeling drier than before I used it. It seemed to accentuate and bring out the dry patches on my skin. I would pass on this cleanser and instead invest in the Tinglexfoliate treatment.
